Honey Chili sauce Shrimp & Veggies


12 oz Carlts cleaned & pealed

8oz Broccoli, cut  up

1 tsb Olive Oil

1/2 med sweet onion sliced & sectioned

1 pint cherry tomatos

1/3 cup local honey

3 tsb chili garlic sauce

3 tsb orange juice

In a large saucepan cook carrots covered in salted boiling water.

add broccoli and cook covered 3 minutes. Drain and set aside

Add oil to the pan, heat and add onion, cook to opaque

Add shrimp and cook 3 to 4 minutes stirring often.

Transfer to platter with veggies.

In same skillet mix honey, chili sauce and OJ and heat.

Spoon sauce over shrimp and veggies.

Serve alone or over whole wheat pasta.
