Avocado Egg Salad
4 Eggs hard boiled and chopped
2 small or 1 large avocado (soft and mashed)
1 stalk Celery chopped
¼ cup chopped sweet onion
¼ cup cilantro chopped
Juice of one lime
Sliced 12 grain bread
Salt & Black Pepper
1 heaping scoop Isagenix Greens (vitamins and micro-nutrients from over 30 different vegetables)
hot peppers or your favorite hot sauce to taste.
Blend Avocado and Lime juice into a loose paste.
Combine all chopped ingredients with Avocado paste
Salt & Pepper to taste.
Assemble with bread to make a 3 to 4 sandwiches
