Shrimp Pasta

1 Fresh Roma Tomato

½  Med Sweet Onion chopped

2 Cloves Garlic minced

Med Green Bell Pepper double volume of onion

¼ cup white wine

½ cup Cilantro divided ¾ and ¼  

6 large shrimp per serving

1 tbl spoon olive oil

1/2 scoop Isagenix Greens  (vitamins and micro-nutrients from over 30 different vegetables)

Prudomme Seafood Magic seasoning

Optional 1 small Jalapeno seeded and diced small

On medium heat olive oil, add shrimp and season. Cook 2 min per side. Remove from heat and set aside.

add onion, peppers tomato and garlic and cook until onion is clear and peppers are soft.

Add shrimp, ¾ of the cilantro, white wine and greens

Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer until shrimp is opaque

serve over whole wheat pasta, or favorite grain

garnish with remaining cilantro
